Products will be delivered free of charge within 4 working days, Monday to Friday, with exceptions. There are some postcodes, usually in remote locations, for which we cannot guarantee delivery within the usual timeframe. For this type of delivery, we usually calculate a maximum of 7 working days. We offer a 2-year warranty on all our products. The product guarantee is automatically activated when the shipping company notifies us of delivery.

If you have changed your mind and wish to return the product, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. To cancel your order, please contact us by filling out the form at takecontroller.com/contact. Don't forget to indicate the order number, products and quantities you wish to return. We will collect the equipment, free of charge, with our courier. You will receive your refund after 7-10 working days from the arrival of the returned product at our warehouse.
