Products will be delivered free of charge within 4 working days, Monday to Friday, with exceptions. There are some postcodes, usually in remote locations, for which we cannot guarantee delivery within the usual timeframe. For this type of delivery, we usually calculate a maximum of 7 working days. We offer a 2-year warranty on all our products. The product guarantee is automatically activated when the shipping company notifies us of delivery.

If you have changed your mind and wish to return the product, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. To cancel your order, please contact us by filling out the form at takecontroller.com/contact. Don't forget to indicate the order number, products and quantities you wish to return. We will collect the equipment, free of charge, with our courier. You will receive your refund after 7-10 working days from the arrival of the returned product at our warehouse. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail from take controller and a tracking e-mail from our courier.

Due to global sourcing difficulties, some products, accessories and parts are currently unavailable. The take controller site reports the stock situation in real time and is constantly updated as soon as products are available or a return date is known. If there is no stock availability date on the site, our customer service team will not be able to provide a reliable timeline on when products will be available for purchase again. We therefore invite you to register by clicking on the ‘Inform me’ button for the product of interest. You will receive an email as soon as the product becomes available again. If the availability date and the possibility to register are not available for the product in question, we invite you to discover the alternatives on the site.

The steering wheel take controllers have equivalent features: integrated quick release, ergonomic and full-size. You can, therefore, choose the shape you prefer without having to give up any features. Our steering wheels are all full optionals! When checking out, remember to select the version of the steering wheel base you own.

By selecting a specific steering wheel version, you will vary the shape of the steering wheel terminal to allow quick installation, limiting modifications - if necessary - to the base you own.
