Return a product
Preorder
- 01Products will be delivered free of charge within 4 working days, Monday to Friday, with exceptions. There are some postcodes, usually in remote locations, for which we cannot guarantee delivery within the usual timeframe. For this type of delivery, we usually calculate a maximum of 7 working days. For more information, please see the delivery information available at takecontroller.com/shipping.
- 02We offer a 2-year warranty on all our products. The product guarantee is automatically activated when the shipping company notifies us of delivery.
- 03If you have changed your mind and wish to return the product, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. To cancel your order, please contact us by filling out the form at takecontroller.com/contact. Don't forget to indicate the order number, products and quantities you wish to return. We will collect the equipment, free of charge, with our courier. You will receive your refund after 7-10 working days from the arrival of the returned product at our warehouse. - 04If you were unable to find a solution to your problem by consulting the product manual, please contact us by filling out the form at takecontroller.com/contact explaining your problem as thoroughly as possible. Our customer service will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.
- 05Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail from take controller and a tracking e-mail from our courier.
